Evennett answers pupils’ questions

Bexleyheath SchoolDavid Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford, was invited to speak to GCSE pupils at Bexleyheath School on Friday morning as part of their citizenship coursework.

Mr Evennett spoke about the reasons that he went into politics, before answering all of their questions on a number of issues, including the voting age, engagement and interest in politics, MPs pay and expenses, the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq, and crime.
